The information contained within this document is intended to demonstrate how ENTI Services will achieve company and customer HSE goals and, assist the customer evaluate ENTI HSE Management System. On award of contract this plan will be further revised to meet customer contract HSE requirements.

The EEM System is the Company's established system for communicating and integrating management's vision, values, policies and strategies to the organization. It includes methods for documenting work processes incorporating Health, Safety & Environment standards, assessing their effectiveness, analyzing and improving processes based on assessment results and working to deliver consistently excellent products and services to our customers

The ENTI Companies is committed, both locally and on an oversea basis, to achieving health, safety and environmental excellence. This commitment is built on the foundation of the HSE Corporate Policy. The HSE Corporate Policy guides the ENTI Companies.  This policy defines the goal and objectives of the company as determined by the President. Assisting managers in translating the Policy into practice is achieved through the EEM System.

System / Quality Assurance Overview
The ENTI Company operates the EEM system, an integrated system designed to meet operational, quality and HSE management needs. The Quality Management System is an integrated component of the EEM System.  The QMS is based on ISO9001 (2000). The EEM enables us to manage all processes across the different parts of the organisation. The prime purpose of the system is to give our customers quality products and services through a contract lifecycle. The EEM system is made available on-line to our employees and is constantly maintained and improved.


The EEM system provides:
●  All consistency in Service Delivery.
●  The foundation on which to manage and operate the necessary processes,
    systems and documentation for our business needs.
●  A single, formal vehicle to deliver and implement policy to the organization
    including, but not limited to, quality, performance, health, safety and environment.
●  A framework for establishing performance measures at the organisational,
    process and job performer levels.
●  A framework to manage compliance to legislation and internationally recognized
    standards.
●  The framework and methods for continuous improvement, re-engineering and
    improvement of processes in addition to meeting performance, quality,
    health, safety and environment system requirements.
