CCDC Signed A Memorandum of Cooperation with ENTIMay 18, 2011

On the afternoon of May 18, 2011, ENTI U.S. parties came to visit Chuanqing Downhole Technical Operating Company (hereinafter referred to as CCDC).

Energy New Technologies International (ENTI) U.S. is a premier provider of technological R&D, integrated products and services of the well completion and stimulation in the field of unconventional oil and gas who has been recognized in North America. The two sides exchanged views and discussed the core technology of horizontal wells stimulation. ENTI invited CCDC to provide drillable bridge plug and coiled tubing milling operation services in ENTI’s contracted well of CNPC CBM blocks. The two sides reached an agreement on co-operation and five points consensus in the unconventional oil and gas development market, such as Tight Gas (Oil), Coal-bed Methane and Shale Gas (Liquid).

This is the first cooperation between ENTI and CCDC. In early June, CCDC started to offer the first CBM well milling operation service for ENTI.
