From April 28 to April 29, the delegation, 5 persons, headed by Dale Fain, the present of Energy New Technologies International (ENTI), made an exchange and a visit in Karamay. Chen Xinfa, the municipal party secretary and Zhang Hongyan, the mayor met with ENTI delegation and conducted consultations over ENTI’s investment related matters.

Dale Fain, the president said that ENTI would cooperate with Karamay on oil and gas technology service and related field as well as implement investments according to cooperative project in the future.
